Raw ham, that is aged for 24/28 months. This is our classic ham, because it is not too sweet and not too savory but it has a right balance that leaves you amazed by it’s unique characteristics.

Product of 10,5 kg approximately, the weight could vary by a maximum of 100 / 200g.
