Sausages preserved in oil are always soft and tasty!

These sausages are made with the same recipe than the sausages of the grandfather, but they are preserved in sunflower oil to avoid altering the organoleptic properties of the product, because the sunflower oil has a neutral taste and it is a natural preservative. The sausages are immersed in oil with peppercorns and a bay leaf that helps to perfume the oil that is covering the sausages just like our grandparents did.

Ideal for a delicioius snack or to be enjoyed with friends.
