Lard from Alteta, consisting of the firmest and tastiest lard from the pig, is matured in our cellars on oak boards for several months until the final cut. The recipe for this product, inherited from our ancestors and unchanged over the years, consists of simple ingredients such as salt, pepper, rosemary and garlic. The perfect combination? On slices and croutons, it becomes an explosion of flavours.
