Lard from Alteta is made of the most hard and tasty lard of the pork. It is aged in our cellar on oak boards for several months. The recipe that is inherited from our ancestors and has remained the same for years, consists of simple ingredients, like salt, pepper, rosemary and garlic.
Perfect on sliced beef, warm bruschetta or wound on a breadstick.
