This product is made of a very low fat paste and it is enjoyed dry and cut as thin slices as possible. As in the case of its close relative ”larder salami”, it has this particularity made exclusively by us: natural sausage skin, which gives to this sausage an unique flavour, that comes from the long aging. This is possible because of the thick skin.
