HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Send a letter or an email to Azienda Agricola Bastianelli within 14 working days from receipt of goods.
In the communication, indicate the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal.

SHIPMENTS
The products purchased on the site will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process. Once shipped products, Azienda Agricola Bastianelli will inform the customer by means of a notification in the reserved Area and/or e-mail the dispatch of the goods and their tracking links.
Except in cases of force majeure or unforseeable circumstances for all delivered products in Italy, we guarantee a period of 7 working days (in Europe 10 working days) starting from the day following to receipt of payment and the relative order confirmation e-mail for your order, if Azienda Agricola Bastianelli doesn’t communicate – within 7 days – the inability to deliver the goods ordered as a result of, even temporary, unavailability of products. In the event of such notification, the customer will have the opportunity to wait for the new product availability missing or choose one or more alternative products. In the event that the customer decides not to choose alternative products or to cancel the order, Azienda Agricola Bastianelli will refund any amounts already paid by the customer within the same time.

The sales contract between the client and Azienda Agricola Bastianelli is concluded in Italy and regulated by the Italian Legislation. For the solution of civil and criminal controversy arising from the conclusion of this remote sales contract, the territorial competence is that of the jurisdiction of Fermo district.
