This particular ham is selected during the first months of aging and transported in a special section of our cellar where the humidity lever is very high so that the ham can age for a long period remaining soft and at the same time obtaining an inimitable aroma.
Only the biggest hams that are covered by a good part of fat can be brought to so long aging.
Product of 10.5 kg approximately, the weight could vary by a maximum of 100 / 200g
