Our fresh sausage is characterized by not too fine grinding and it is bagged in a skin with a caliber of 38/40. This allows a slow maturation in order to get the sausage dried also inside, and with these precautions it remains very soft and juicy also after an intensive cooking on a hot grill.
Perfect for preparing delicious sauces, tasty bruschetta and excellent barbecues.
