Description
Our sausage, with no added colouring agents or preservatives, is made up to three days after the pig is slaughtered in order to obtain a fresh and genuine mixture. To give it even more flavour, we use only untreated Italian orange peel and freshly minced garlic, without adding water. Excellent for making sauces, bruschettas and grilled meats.
The weight of 500 g may vary as it is a handmade product.
