This is an ideal product for who want to enjoy the taste of a real traditional salami.
The main characteristic of this sausage is the natural skin of sow, which is degreased by hand, and which is much thicker than the normal skins. It makes possible to age the salami longer giving it more flavour and an unique aroma.
The ”larded” variant instead includes small pieces of lard cut by hand and peppercorns that soften the paste.
600 g approximately, the weight may vary as it is a handmade product.
