Spalletta is a unique cold cut. It is obtained by working the part of the pig’s shoulder which is salted and left to mature in our cellar for no more than 12 months. Product with a strong flavor and characterized by a light smoking.
The lard from Alteta is made from lard of pork rump, that has to be thick and hard thus allowing a long maturation process. This food, inherited from our ancestors, has a unique and inimitable flavour.
